Key Responsibilities
Lead geotechnical engineering projects, including ground investigations, soil analysis, foundation design, and slope stability assessments.
Oversee technical studies, engineering calculations, design reviews, and geotechnical reports.
Identify and manage ground-related risks, including settlement, excavation instability, groundwater challenges, and soil conditions.
Coordinate with civil engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
Manage project budgets, schedules, technical resources, and engineering quality standards.
Drive technical innovation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across ground engineering operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in geotechnical engineering, foundation engineering, or ground engineering project leadership.
Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation systems, slope stability, retaining structures, and ground improvement techniques.
Proficiency in relevant geotechnical analysis and design software.
Excellent technical leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional engineering registration and experience leading large-scale infrastructure or complex ground engineering projects are an advantage.
