About the Role:
We're looking for a Software Development Intern who can rapidly turn ideas into working applications using modern AI-assisted development tools.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on speed, enjoys building real products, and can transform rough concepts into usable applications within days.
This is not a mock-up role — we focus on building real, functional apps including demos, MVPs, internal tools, and prototypes that can evolve into scalable products.
Responsibilities:
Build fast, functional prototype applications to showcase Uplogic’s solutions and use cases.
Use AI-assisted tools like Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, or similar platforms to accelerate development.
Convert product ideas, workflows, and business requirements into polished applications.
Support customer demos, internal experiments, and rapid iteration cycles.
Integrate APIs, data sources, and AI capabilities into end-to-end solutions.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact builds.
Reuse components and development patterns to improve speed while maintaining code quality.
Job Requirements:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, or Python)
Hands-on experience building end-to-end applications (projects, hackathons, etc.)
Familiarity with rapid development tools like Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, or similar.
Strong product thinking — ability to convert vague ideas into structured solutions.
Good engineering judgment — understanding when to move fast vs. optimize.
Self-driven, comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
Strong ownership mindset — takes responsibility and delivers results.
