Google and Meta Ads Specialist – Lead Generation

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Google and Meta Ads Specialist who is passionate about lead generation and campaign optimization. The role focuses on generating new patient enquiries for dental clinics through Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, and lead generation funnels.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, a good understanding of lead generation strategies, and an interest in improving campaign performance and converting enquiries into booked appointments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation for dental clinics.
Create service-specific ad campaigns to generate enquiries for dental services.
Suggest improvements to landing page content and structure to increase conversions.
Build and manage lead generation funnels to guide potential patients towards booking appointments.
Set up and manage CRM automation workflows, including SMS and email follow-ups, using our lead generation platform.
Create and test different ad creatives, headlines, and copy to improve campaign performance.
Conduct keyword research for relevant search terms that attract potential patients.
Use location-based targeting to reach the right audience in specific service areas.
Monitor advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to improve cost per lead and overall performance.
Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to reconnect with potential patients.
Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
Work with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives, videos, images, and copy.
Stay updated with advertising platform changes and follow campaign best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation.
Practical experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
Basic understanding of PPC, audience targeting, retargeting, and local lead generation.
Familiarity with landing pages, conversion tracking, and lead generation funnels.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation workflows, including SMS and email follow-ups.
Ability to monitor campaign performance, track cost per lead, and make data-driven improvements.
Good copywriting skills for creating effective ad copy, calls to action, and lead generation content.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and advertising reports.
Knowledge of SEO and local search strategies is an added advantage.
Willingness to work full-time from our Ahmedabad office.
