Aniket Juneja is looking for an experienced Studio Manager to lead client relationships and sales for its luxury bespoke menswear studio in Ludhiana.
We are seeking professionals from leading Indian designer labels with strong expertise in premium ethnic menswear, bespoke client servicing, wedding consultations, and luxury sales. Candidates with experience in designer couture houses are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture relationships with premium clients, grooms, and wedding families.
• Drive high-value sales and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
• Conduct personalized styling consultations for wedding and occasion wear.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Sherwanis, Bandh galas, Achkans, Jodhpuri Suits, and Indo-Western ensembles.
• Possess a deep understanding of luxury fabrics, embroideries, garment construction, and couture craftsmanship.
• Oversee measurements, fittings, alterations, and order execution with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and studio operations.
Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience in luxury bespoke menswear or designer couture.
• Strong understanding of Indian ethnic menswear and wedding fashion.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Experience handling HNI/UHNI clientele and luxury consultations.
Note: This opportunity is specifically suited for professionals from luxury couture, bespoke menswear, and designer-led fashion houses. Candidates with primarily mass-market retail backgrounds may not be the right fit for this role.
