Social Media Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and tech-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow the social media presence for one of our key clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end social media management, from content creation and mobile shooting to running paid ad campaigns and leveraging AI tools for efficient workflows. If you are passionate about digital trends, love crafting engaging Reels, and know how to drive measurable business results through Meta Ads, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Strategy
Oversee and manage all active social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and others.
Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster brand community.
Content Creation & Mobile Production
Plan, map out, and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Plan, shoot, and direct short-form videos (Reels & Shorts) and capture high-quality photo content using a mobile device.
Perform basic video editing (adding captions, cuts, trending audio, transitions) and basic photo retouching for social media posts.
Performance Marketing & Meta Ads
Set up, execute, and optimize Meta Ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve client KPIs (leads, traffic, conversions, engagement).
Monitor campaign performance, track ad spend, perform A/B testing on creatives/copy, and refine targeting.
Prepare concise weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting key growth metrics and ROI.
AI Tools & Automation
Utilize modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Canva Magic) to streamline copywriting, content ideation, and visual asset generation.
Implement basic social media automation flows (e.g., automated DMs, scheduling tools, chat flows like ManyChat) to improve response times and lead capture.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, preferably for brands or agencies.
Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, and features on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Mobile Shoot & Editing: Proficiency in capturing clean videos/photos on mobile phones and editing via apps like CapCut, InShot, VN, or Adobe Rush.
Paid Media Knowledge: Hands-on experience setting up Meta Business Manager, managing Meta Ads, and understanding audience targeting.
Tech & AI Savvy: Familiarity with AI content tools and automation platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for compelling copywriting and clear client/team coordination.
Work Arrangement: Willingness to work 100% Full-Time and On-Site at our location.

Scheduling: Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite
Design/Editing: Canva, CapCut, Lightroom Mobile
Ads & Analytics: Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
AI & Automation: ChatGPT, ManyChat, Zapier, or similar tools
