Reporter

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reporter role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Reporter will research, gather, and verify information from multiple sources, including interviews, documents, and digital channels, to produce accurate and timely news and feature content. Daily responsibilities include writing clear, engaging articles, preparing reports on company initiatives, industry developments, and market trends, and collaborating with editors and stakeholders to refine story angles. The role involves working with multimedia formats such as images, infographics, and short video clips to enhance storytelling across internal and external communication platforms. The Reporter will follow ethical reporting standards, meet deadlines, and maintain a consistent voice that aligns with RChilli’s brand and communication guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills to research, analyze, and present information accurately.
Candidates should possess excellent Writing and Communication skills to produce clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
Candidates should possess Multimedia skills to work with visual and digital elements that support and enrich written stories.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field are preferred.
Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with digital publishing tools, attention to detail, ethical judgment, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
