安全工程师 Safety Advisor

岗位职责
为项目现场制定、实施并监督EHS政策与流程
确保项目符合安全法规及EHS标准
开展风险评估、安全审计及事故调查工作
主导安全培训、班前安全交底及安全宣传活动
监督承包商安全绩效，并督促落实整改措施
为项目相关方编制EHS报告及文件资料
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee EHS policies and procedures at project sites
Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and EHS standards
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
Lead safety training, pre-shift safety briefings, and safety awareness campaigns
Monitor contractor safety performance and drive the implementation of corrective actions
Prepare EHS reports and documentation for project stakeholders
任职要求
环境工程、职业安全或相关专业本科及以上学历
拥有工业或建筑项目领域至少5年EHS相关工作经验
熟悉EHS法规及行业实践
持有安全管理相关认证者优先
具备良好的沟通协调能力
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in industrial or construction project settings
Solid knowledge of EHS regulations and industry best practices
Relevant safety management certifications preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
