We're looking for new team members to join our customer care team and assist clients through one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives.
Role description
As an Italian Citizenship Expert, you will support clients throughout the process of collecting and legalizing the foreign documents required to apply for Italian citizenship.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing email or call-based assistance to clients, primarily in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Guiding clients in collecting, legalizing, and preparing the necessary documentation.
Analyzing discrepancies in documents and verifying naturalization records.

Salary: € 22.000/25.000
Requirements
Language: Full professional proficiency in English
Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven experience in the field of Italian citizenship by descent (Jure Sanguinis) is required.
Education: A university degree is preferred.
