Role: HR Recruiter

Role Description The HR Recruiter will work full time on-site at the Mumbai office, managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles and business units. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, managing communication throughout the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate ex
perience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in talent sourcing, resume screening, and candidate assessment, with the ability to manage multiple open positions.
Experience coordinating interviews, managing recruitment pipelines, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
Knowledge of HR best practices, local labor regulations, and standard recruitment processes and tools.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms for recruitment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist is preferred.
Interest in or exposure to global businesses in sectors such as dental, music, or sports is an added advantage.
