Social Media Marketing Manager

We're Hiring: Social Media Executive at Flyrobe
Flyrobe is India's first and largest rental fashion brand, with 20+ stores and many more on the way. We're looking for a full-time Social Media Executive to join our team at our flagship store in Rajouri Garden, Delhi.
What you'll do
* Come up with content ideas and plan reels, stories, and posts for our brand pages
* Run shoots in the store and on location, from planning to final output
* Research and shortlist influencers and creators, and build relationships with them
* Coordinate brand collaborations and partnerships
* Post consistently and manage our content calendar
* Handle DMs and comments, and keep our community engaged
What we're looking for
* 1–3 years of experience in social media or content (freelance or internship experience counts)
* A strong grasp of Instagram trends, hooks, and what makes people stop scrolling
* Working knowledge of AI tools for content research, analytics, and ideation (a must)
* Good written communication in English and Hindi
* The energy to be at the store floor and on shoots
* Someone who takes ownership and can work independently
Good to have
* Knowledge of and a keen eye for Indian fashion
* Knowledge of platforms beyond Instagram, such as Pinterest and YouTube, and how content works on each
* Experience with influencer outreach or brand collabs
