Role: Relationship Executive

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month + attractive performance incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Source and onboard potential retail loan clients through direct outreach, networking, and field visits.
Guide borrowers through product options, eligibility, and loan terms.
Collect and verify KYC, financial, and income documentation.
Coordinate with partner Banks/NBFCs for smooth file login, sanctioning, and prompt disbursement.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 6 months in a Bank, NBFC, or DSA office.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com graduates preferred).
Key Skills: Strong understanding of loan documentation, communication, and customer relationship management.
