Senior Software Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer at South Park Commons in Bengaluru.
SPC is a community of technologists and founders exploring ideas and building companies. Our engineering team builds AI agents, search tools, and applications for the community and SPC's investment and operations teams.
You'll join a small team, work directly with SPC partners and founders, and own products from the first idea through production.
What you'll work on
• Build AI agents across chat, email, and web apps, including the infrastructure, integrations, and evals that keep them reliable.
• Build search and discovery tools for finding founders, companies, expertise, and connections.
• Ship full-stack products and data pipelines for community and investment workflows.
What we're looking for
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 and owning it in production.
• Strong backend or full-stack engineering skills, with sound judgment on system design, data modeling, and testing.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or agents. Substantial side projects count too.
• Regular use of coding agents, with the judgment to review and validate their work.
• Product sense, clear communication, and the ability to turn unclear user needs into useful products.
Our stack includes Python/Django, TypeScript/React, Go, PostgreSQL, and search infrastructure. Bring depth in part of it and a willingness to learn the rest.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
