About Haliqq
Haliqq (حلّق) is an AI growth firm. We build and run growth engines for companies across B2B and B2C, in any industry. Every engine covers four parts: sales, marketing, customer success and intelligence. We work with clients to take them from 1x toward 10x, and we are accountable for the result, not the activity.
The Role: GTM Engineer & RevOps (Full time, Remote)
You will design, build and run the systems behind our growth engine, for Haliqq and for our clients. You will use AI agents and automation to do work that most companies still do by hand. You understand how marketing and sales really work, and you turn that into systems that produce pipeline and revenue.
What You Will Do
Build outbound engines end to end: lead sourcing, enrichment in Clay and Apollo, AI scoring, and personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
Build inbound systems: capture, route, qualify and follow up every lead from the website, forms, ads and content, so nothing is lost
Build AI agents and automated workflows (n8n, Make, APIs, LLMs) that replace repetitive manual work
Set up and manage CRMs such as HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and Salesforce: pipeline stages, lifecycle, integrations and clean data
Build growth intelligence: dashboards, reports and forecasts that show what is working across marketing, sales and customer success, plus signals like funding, hiring and buying intent
Set up retention, upsell and cross sell triggers for customer success
Find bottlenecks in the funnel and fix them using data
Work closely with the Haliqq growth team and client teams, and document every system you build
What You Bring
3+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps or growth operations
Real AI skills: you have built and shipped AI agents and LLM workflows, not just used ChatGPT
Hands on experience with Clay and Apollo, with campaign results you can show
Experience with at least two CRMs
A solid understanding of both marketing (funnels, campaigns, content, paid) and sales (pipeline, qualification, deal stages)
Strong data skills: SQL, dashboards and reporting
Able to script or code (Python or JavaScript, APIs, webhooks)
Clear written and spoken English
Comfortable working on your own, remotely, across several projects at once.
