Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping processes.
Ensure GST compliance.
Handle TDS compliance.
Direct Tax compliance
Lead and support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
Manage ROC compliance.
Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards/Principles.
Besides above compliance part, you will be a guiding factor to the management in terms of raising finance, going public for IPO, and other investors presentation.
You will also lead finance/ Accounts Department with team of 7-8 persons.
