About the Opportunity:
The REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REP role is designed to engage customers via inbound calls, offering product recommendations and resolving inquiries. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring accurate account information, and contributing to sales targets and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Proactively recommend additional products and services during qualified calls
Support customers by addressing inquiries and concerns
Accurately document account information in the client system
Explain account status and respond to customer questions clearly
Comply with State and Federal regulations related to job duties
Assist with delinquent account management following state guidelines
Maintain communication to meet client and customer objectives
Meet key performance indicators such as average call handling time, quality assurance, and production targets
Requirements:
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
Effective communication and professional call handling
Consistent shift attendance
Preferably 1-2 years call center experience
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software
High School diploma or equivalent
For remote work: broadband internet with hardwired connection, 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
$15.00 per hour
