We're Hiring: TikTok Marketing Specialist (Full Time)
We're looking for a TikTok specialist who can manage, optimize, and grow our brand's TikTok account through engaging content, consistent publishing, and data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize our TikTok account
• Plan and publish content consistently
• Research TikTok trends, hashtags, and relevant content opportunities
• Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers
• Monitor account analytics and improve content performance
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan engaging TikTok videos
• Stay updated with TikTok algorithm changes and best practices
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok account management or social media marketing
Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and content strategy
Experience growing brand accounts organically
Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content
Strong research, communication, and planning skills
