About the Role
Are you curious about AI, passionate about digital visual storytelling, and eager to build a career in cutting-edge video creation? Greta Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking 2 dedicated candidates (Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience) to join our creative team on-site in Jaipur.
You will handle the end-to-end AI video content pipeline—taking creative ideas from initial concept to high-quality final edits.
Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Asset Creation)
Scripting & Conceptualization: Draft creative scripts, hooks, and video concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
AI Prompt Engineering: Write effective prompts across leading AI creative tools.
Asset Generation: Generate visually compelling images and convert them into high-definition AI videos.
Editing & Post-Production: Assemble, edit, refine, add audio/sound design, and produce final polished video content.
Preferred Skillset & AI Tools
Hands-on experience or active curiosity with tools like:
AI Scripting & Prompts: ChatGPT, Claude
AI Image Generation: Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo.ai
AI Video Generation: Google Flow, Runway Gen-2 / Gen-3, Luma Dream Machine, Pika
Editing & Post-Production: Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects
Requirements & Eligibility
Experience Level: Fresher OR 1 to 3 Years of Experience (High curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are required).
Location Proximity: Candidates must reside within a 15 km radius of Nursery Circle, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (On-site presence is strictly mandatory).
Exclusivity: Candidates must be available for immediate joining and must NOT be under active employment, contracts, part-time jobs, or freelance commitments with any other entity upon joining. This is a 100% exclusive, full-time commitment.
Selection Process & Machine Round Assessment
Candidates will undergo an in-person formal interview process.
Practical Assessment / Machine Round: Candidates will be evaluated through a practical hands-on task (e.g., generating prompts and creating a short video sample) to test real-time workflow efficiency and creative understanding.
Candidates are also encouraged to share any past projects, personal practice work, or AI tool experimentation during the interview.
Compensation & Schedule
Salary: Approx. ₹15,000 / month (To be finalized based on assessment and skill match during the interview).
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday | Full-Day On-site).
