💼 Position Title: Online EFL Tutor (Adult AND Young Learners)
This is a freelance (B2B), fully remote role.
Polish applicants can be hired under a mandate contract or B2B
We’re looking for someone who can start with 1–4 hours per week (roughly 1–4 students), with the possibility to grow into a full-time role as demand increases — if that’s something you’re interested in.
You’ll teach confident, structured 1-to-1 lessons online using our materials and guidance, while also having space to bring your own style and personality to the classroom.
You may also get involved in content creation, social media projects, or curriculum development — if that interests you!

Hourly rate: 60–80 PLN (€14–19 / $15–$20 USD)
(based on a 6-tier pay system linked to lesson experience and performance)

Zero admin – we handle lesson plans, bookings, and payments

🧩 Responsibilities
Deliver engaging 1-to-1 online English lessons (usually 50 minutes) using our conversation-based materials
Adapt the structure and energy of lessons to each student’s level and goals
Provide instant, actionable feedback, not grammar lectures
Help students build fluency, confidence, and professional communication skills
Use tools like Zoom/Google Meet, Google Drive, and our LMS
Optionally contribute to social media, curriculum, or special projects
💬 What We’re Looking For
You’re a great fit if you’re:

A qualified EFL teacher (e.g. English Philology or CELTA/TESOL certificate)
Experienced (2+ years) in teaching adults and young learners,
A confident conversationalist who knows how to lead natural, structured lessons
A people-person who builds trust and rapport quickly
Tech-savvy — Zoom, Google Docs, Canva? No problem.
Excited to be part of something new and grow with a company
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Open to participating in projects beyond teaching, like content creation or curriculum
