Health & Safety Manager

Role Description This is a part-time remote Owner role at Gestores da Telecom. The Owner is responsible for overseeing the overall business strategy, setting goals, and monitoring performance across key operational and commercial areas. Daily tasks include reviewing financial reports, managing budgets, and making decisions on investments and cost optimization. The role involves supervising client relationships, ensuring service quality, and guiding marketing and sales initiatives to drive growth. The Owner also coordinates with partners, suppliers, and contractors, maintains compliance with relevant regulations, and continuously identifies opportunities to improve processes and expand the business.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership, preferably in telecommunications or related sectors.
Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and performance monitoring to guide sustainable business growth.
Ability to manage remote operations, coordinate distributed teams or partners, and make data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Comfort with digital tools for project management, communication, and basic data analysis; willingness to learn new platforms as needed.
High level of integrity, accountability, and adaptability, with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Relevant education in business, management, finance, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience is highly valued.
