AI Video Editor (Full-Time) | SoFyre
SoFyre is a top US pest control brand, and we’re growing our creative team. We’re looking for video editors who want to work at the intersection of editing and AI, producing high-performing Facebook/Meta ads (VSLs, UGC, and ecommerce creatives).
What you’ll do
Produce 6 ad concepts with 3 variation hooks per week , based on briefs from our creative strategists
Edit and build performance ads using both traditional editing and AI video tools
Iterate on creatives to improve results

$1,500 – $2,000/month, plus performance-based bonuses

What we’re looking for
Solid video editing skills, especially short-form ads for social media
Interest in or experience with AI video and image generation tools
Understanding of what makes a performance ad work (hooks, pacing, retention)
Ability to meet weekly deadlines and work from creative briefs
Full-time availability

The trial brief is unpaid. We do not offer paid test tasks. Applicants must complete it using their own resources, including their own editing software and AI tools. If you are selected and we decide to bring you onto the team, we will provide everything you need after onboarding, including all editing software and AI tools.
There’s no cap on how many editors we can take, so great results = instant hire.
