The Senior Fullstack Engineer will design, build, and operate production-grade AI agent systems that transform mortgage fulfillment through intelligent automation. This hands-on engineering role focuses on developing multi-step AI agents, robust evaluation frameworks, and reliable infrastructure that streamlines the mortgage journey from application to funding. You will tackle complex technical challenges involving large language models, workflow orchestration, third-party integrations, and production reliability in a regulated environment. Working closely with engineering, platform, and mortgage operations teams, you will turn ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions that reduce manual work and accelerate loan processing. You will establish rigorous standards for testing, observability, and system performance while continuously improving AI accuracy and reliability.
