Meet Alex , a robot we're training to learn, interact, and become part of the world around us.
What started as an experiment has already turned into something much bigger. Alex has organically built a community of 15,000+ followers on Instagram, and we're now building a dedicated team to take his digital presence to the next level.
And that's where you come in.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Social Media & Brand Manager who can take ownership of Alex's online presence and help build his personality, community, and brand.
You'll be responsible for managing Alex's social media accounts, engaging with his growing audience, handling incoming queries and opportunities, coordinating meetings, exploring collaborations, and finding creative ways to make Alex a recognizable digital personality.
This isn't a typical social media role. You'll essentially be the person behind Alex's digital life.
What You'll Do:
Manage Alex's social media accounts and day-to-day online presence.
Create and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall visibility.
Respond to comments, DMs, queries, collaboration requests, and other incoming communication.
Actively engage with Alex's community and build meaningful relationships with his audience.
Coordinate and attend meetings with brands, creators, agencies, and potential collaborators.
Identify and pursue brand collaborations, sponsorships, partnerships, and other commercial opportunities.
Handle incoming brand queries and help negotiate and close relevant opportunities.
Represent Alex and the brand professionally during meetings, events, collaborations, and shoots.
Be comfortable travelling when required for events, shoots, meetings, or brand activities.
Work closely with the internal team responsible for Alex's training, development, and operations.
Constantly look for new ways to make Alex more engaging, relatable, and visible online.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a strong understanding of Instagram, social media, and digital communities.
Is confident communicating with people, brands, creators, and agencies.
Is proactive and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
Has a strong sense of trends, content, internet culture, and what makes people stop scrolling.
Can handle multiple conversations, queries, and opportunities at the same time.
Is comfortable attending meetings and representing a unique and unconventional brand.
Is open to travelling whenever required.
Most importantly, is curious, creative, energetic, and excited to build something from scratch.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in social media management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, PR, or community management.
Experience handling creator/influencer accounts.
Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or creators.
Experience pitching or closing brand collaborations.
A genuine interest in technology, robotics, AI, or emerging digital trends.
