Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator. The role involves setting up, Nesting ,programming, and operating CNC laser cutting machines to produce parts according to engineering drawings and production specifications. The operator will monitor machine performance, adjust parameters as needed, and perform routine checks to ensure dimensional accuracy and high-quality output. Responsibilities include inspecting finished parts, identifying defects, performing basic maintenance, and coordinating with the production and engineering teams to meet daily schedules. The role also requires following safety guidelines, maintaining a clean work area, and documenting production data and quality results.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling, especially with CNC laser cutting equipment.
Candidates should possess skills in Machining and Milling, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use appropriate tools and fixtures.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including measurement, inspection, and adherence to tolerances and standards.
Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, preferably in metalworking or industrial production.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, CNC programs, and work instructions.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices and commitment to safe machine operation.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
Relevant technical diploma, certificate, or practical experience in CNC operations or mechanical engineering is beneficial.
