Qualifications
Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, schedules, documentation, and internal workflows.
Sales and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, support clients, and contribute to revenue-generation activities.
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for calls, emails, and online meetings.
Experience using CRM or sales management tools and comfort working in a cloud-based, remote environment.
Ability to organize work, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, product, and support teams.
Previous experience in SaaS, business management software, or technology sales is an advantage.
Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
