Procurement Manager / Supervisor

Role Description The Director role at Hassan's Biomedical is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait City. The Director will oversee strategic planning, operational management, and business development activities to ensure sustainable growth and high performance across all functions. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with healthcare and biomedical regulations. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to define organizational objectives, drive process improvements, and strengthen relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. This role also involves supporting new initiatives, evaluating market opportunities, and representing the company in high-level meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities, including setting goals, managing growth initiatives, and building external partnerships.
Proficiency in operational management, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure efficient and compliant day-to-day operations.
Knowledge of biomedical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors, including relevant regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the organization to clients and partners.
Ability to make data-informed decisions, analyze complex situations, and implement practical solutions in a dynamic environment.
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, healthcare management, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
Prior experience in a director-level or senior management position, preferably within healthcare, biomedical, or related industries.
