📌 Role OverviewPosition:
IoT Support EngineerLocation: Noida (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–4 Years (Exceptional freshers with relevant IoT projects are welcome to apply!)Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, CS, Instrumentation, or related fields.
🔧 What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Deployment amp;
Support: Deploy, configure, and commission IoT devices at client sites and provide L2/L3 technical support.Hardware amp; Systems Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues across Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson Nano/Orin, microcontrollers, RFID readers, ANPR cameras, boom barriers, and sensors.Remote Management: Analyze device logs, perform root cause analysis, and execute remote troubleshooting via Linux command-line tools and SSH.Testing amp; QA: Validate firmware and software updates prior to production deployment and assist with field trials.Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional Product, Development, and Vendor teams to ensure maximum uptime across deployed systems.Documentation: Create clear SOPs, technical documentation, and site installation guides.
