Intern - Training Assistant (Remote)

About the Job:
This is a full time, remote, unpaid, flex schedule internship program for 4th year students. The intern will use their own equipment for this role.
In this internship you will receive:

Coaching and practical exposure in learning creation and administration while leveraging AI and industry software
Job Daily Duties:
Assist in editing and formatting training materials, presentation slides, facilitator guides, and workbooks and other necessary documents for e-learning and live training
Help design visual assets, course graphics, and interactive learning elements to support course development
Assist in creation of learning blogs, infographics, short form videos for social media using Canva
Assist with organizing digital files, course documentation, and training repositories.
Assist in client outreach and partnerships
Attend meetings, provide updates and communicate issues
Provide administrative and technical support during training sessions (e.g., managing slides, breakout rooms, audience engagement tools, and feedback collection) if needed.
Qualifications:
4th year student in: English, Communication, HR, Psychology, Digital Marketing, Secondary Education, and Computer-based degrees
Must have experience in Canva, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Sharedrive, Zoom
Tech savvy and able to quickly learn AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLLM, Chatgpt
Able to quickly learn e-learning tools: Articulate 360, Synthesia, HeyGen, Animaker
Familiar or willing to learn project management tool Trello
Fluency in verbal and written English language a must
Able to take in feedback and follow instructions well
Highly organized, detail oriented, communicative
Strong internet connectivity
