About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage our company and client social media accounts, create engaging content, and strengthen our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Design social media graphics, promotional banners, carousels, and branded content using Canva.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content using CapCut.
- Plan content calendars, write engaging captions, and schedule and publish posts.
- Research trends, audience interests, and competitor content to develop effective social media strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency, monitor engagement, and report on content performance.
- Support marketing campaigns, community management, and client content requirements.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of social media management and content creation.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva.
- Video editing skills and familiarity with CapCut.
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Good communication, creativity, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely.
- A portfolio or examples of previous work.
Bonus: Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and basic performance analysis, is a plus.
Candidates with strong practical skills and portfolios are welcome, including freshers.
Work Arrangement & Compensation
This is a remote position with hourly-based compensation. During the interview, we will mutually discuss and agree on a monthly salary benchmark based on your skills, experience, responsibilities, and expected contribution. Your hourly compensation will be calculated against that agreed benchmark and your actual hours contributed. Working hours and payment terms will be clarified before onboarding.
