Business Operations & Partnerships Manager (Chinese speaker)

About the role
We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, bilingual US Business Operations & Partnerships Manager (Chinese speaker) to support our growing sweepstakes casino (iGaming) business operations in the United States. This person will serve as a key US-based representative of our international management team, coordinating with financial institutions, professional service providers, business partners, and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate understands the US business environment, communicates confidently in English and Mandarin Chinese, and can independently manage projects, conduct research, and facilitate cross-border business activities. Experience on iGaming , Sweepstakes casinos, Finance, FinTech, Digital payments, consulting, or business operations are especially welcome.
This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours to accommodate international collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Local Coordination:
· Act as the primary US-based contact for the international management team.
· Coordinate activities with US partners and service providers; represent the company in meetings and discussions as authorized.
· Bridge communication across US and overseas stakeholders, clarifying requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
Financial & Professional Service Provider Coordination:
· Manage relationships with banks, payment service providers (PSPs), payment processors, accounting and tax firms, law firms, corporate service providers, compliance/KYC vendors, and technology partners.
· Support vendor evaluation, onboarding, commercial discussions, and ongoing relationship management.
Business Development & Partnerships:
· Conduct outreach, arrange meetings, and collect commercial proposals and requirements.
· Assess opportunities and recommend next steps to management.
· Attend conferences, networking events, and partner meetings when needed.
Market Research & Business Intelligence:
· Monitor US banking, payments, financial services, market and competitor trends, regulatory developments, emerging business models, technology providers, and strategic transactions.
· Prepare concise reports highlighting findings, implications, risks, and actionable recommendations.
Project Management & Reporting:
· Coordinate multiple projects across internal teams and external partners.
· Identify operational and commercial risks and suggest solutions.
Requirements
· 3–5 years of experience in iGaming , Sweepstakes casinos, finance, banking, FinTech, business development, consulting, project management, or a related field.
· Fluent professional Mandarin Chinese and English, written and spoken.
· At least five years of experience living in the United States, with strong familiarity with US business practices and communication.
· Strong organization, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Comfortable engaging banks, lawyers, accountants, and professional service providers.
· Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and business collaboration tools.
· Flexible availability for cross-time-zone meetings.
Compensation & Working Arrangement
· Base Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience and industry background.
· This is a full-time remote position based in the United States.
