We are currently seeking a part time Manager for our team of Software Engineers. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software projects, as well as managing a team of talented engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing a team of Software Engineers
Setting project goals and deadlines
Monitoring progress and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Providing guidance and support to team members
Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback for team members
Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
Previous experience in a managerial role within the software engineering industry
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
