Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive business growth, develop sales strategies, expand dealer and distributor networks, and strengthen the company's market presence in the solar industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, business development, channel management, and revenue generation, preferably in Solar PV Modules and Solar EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Planning
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and revenue forecasts.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
2. Business Development
Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and emerging markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with solar companies, EPC contractors, industrial clients, and institutional customers.
Generate new leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
3. Dealer & Distributor Network
Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network.
Build strong relationships with existing channel partners and identify new partners.
Monitor channel sales performance and support partners in achieving targets.
4. B2B Sales & Key Account Management
Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and sales agreements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and develop repeat business opportunities.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Identify opportunities for market expansion and product positioning.
Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to management.
6. Team Management
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Set individual and team sales objectives and monitor performance.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
7. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and performance reviews.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and lead updates in the CRM.
Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and technical teams for timely delivery and customer support.
