Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics professional with strong technical skills and knowledge of the banking domain, preferably in credit risk analytics. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, developing dashboards, generating business insights, and guiding a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets using SAS, SQL, and Excel to identify trends and business insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau.
Work on credit risk analytics, portfolio analysis, scorecards, and regulatory reporting.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports.
Lead, guide, and mentor a team of data analysts.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders for business improvement.
Collaborate with US-based counterparts to understand requirements and deliver reports on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, with at least 2 years in a team-leading or leadership role.
Strong proficiency in SAS and SQL.
Good knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Tableau dashboards and data visualization.
Experience in the banking or financial services domain, preferably in Credit Risk Analytics.
Knowledge of credit risk models, scorecards, portfolio risk assessment, and regulatory reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Additional Information
Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable interacting with business stakeholders.
Candidates must be available for a face-to-face interview.
Candidates may be asked to demonstrate their practical knowledge of SAS, SQL, and Tableau during the interview.
