LearningShala is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Admissions & Revenue Associate to guide prospective students toward suitable online degree programs. The role involves student counselling, lead management, admissions support, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.
Engage with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls to understand their educational goals.
Recommend suitable online UG and PG degree programs based on students’ requirements.
Manage and qualify leads, ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the admission process.
Convert prospective students into admissions while achieving individual and team sales targets.
Address student queries regarding programs, universities, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal counselling and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Mandatory experience in EdTech sales or online university admissions.
Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and student counselling skills.
Proven ability to manage leads, drive conversions, and achieve sales targets.
A customer-focused approach with strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
