Role Description This is a hybrid internship role based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site work and flexible work-from-home options. The Digital Marketing Intern will support day-to-day online marketing activities, including planning and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, assisting with podcast promotion, and helping grow the #bagpackerme community. The intern will analyze basic web and social media metrics, conduct market and audience research, and contribute ideas to enhance the brand’s digital presence and campaign performance.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with an interest in building brand presence and engagement.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and Web Analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for content creation and community interaction.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with team members in Mumbai and remotely.
Creativity, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts.
Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
