Professional Summary
Experienced Production & Supplier Operations Manager with 10–15 years of experience in managing outsourced manufacturing operations within the aerospace, defence, or other high-reliability industries.
Proven expertise in supplier development, production planning, quality management, and delivery assurance.
Strong track record of managing and coordinating contract manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with customer and industry quality requirements.
Skilled in driving continuous improvement initiatives, resolving production and supplier-related issues, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost, quality, and performance objectives.
The Production & Supplier Operations Manager will report directly to the Operations Head.
