Mamta Hospital is a multi-speciality hospital on Naraini Road, Banda (Uttar Pradesh), serving families of Banda and the Bundelkhand region with General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Anaesthesia/OT services, IPD & OPD care and an in-house pharmacy. Role: Hospital Manager (Full-time, On-site, Banda)
We are building our core team and are looking for a hands-on Hospital Manager to run day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily hospital operations across OPD, IPD, OT, pharmacy and support services
Manage staff rosters, duty schedules, vendors and inventory
Monitor patient experience and resolve escalated patient/attendant concerns
Coordinate licensing, statutory compliance and NABH documentation
Track budgets and expenses and report to management
Work closely with doctors, nursing and administration to keep services running smoothly
Requirements
3+ years of experience in hospital operations or hospital management
MHA / MBA (Hospital or Healthcare Management) preferred; graduates with strong hospital experience may also apply
Working knowledge of hospital licensing, NABH standards and TPA/insurance processes is an advantage
Good communication in Hindi and English; leadership and problem-solving skills
Candidates from Banda and nearby districts preferred
