HR Generalist (temporary)

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

This role is a temporary replacement for 6 months.
Key responsibilities:
Manage employee lifecycle processes from hiring and onboarding through employee movements and separation.
Collect, validate, and submit payroll, attendance, leave, and time-correction inputs.
Maintain accurate employee and organizational data in Workday and other HR systems.
Support benefits, statutory documentation, leave administration, and employee records.
Coordinate recruitment administration, offers, pre-employment activities, and joining formalities.
Manage onboarding, induction, offboarding, exit interviews, and separation documentation.
Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, vacancies, turnover, absenteeism, payroll, and employee movements.
Address employee concerns and support people leaders with policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance concerns, and corrective actions.
Ensure confidentiality, compliance, data accuracy, and timely completion of all HR processes.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
4 to 7 of relevant HR operations or HR generalist experience
Practical experience in payroll, time and attendance, Workday, employee data, and lifecycle administration
Good knowledge of local employment legislation and statutory requirements
Strong attention to detail, process discipline, confidentiality, and stakeholder management
Manufacturing or multi-site experience preferred
