At The Ri8 Click, we're growing, and website design and development are a major part of our business. With a continuous flow of exciting projects, we're looking for a talented UI/UX & Creative Designer based in Vadodara who can bring fresh ideas, strong design skills, and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.

You'll work directly with the founder, understand business objectives, brainstorm creative concepts, and transform ideas into visually stunning, functional, and interactive websites.
What You'll Be Doing
Design modern, engaging, and user-friendly websites using Figma.
Create wireframes, prototypes, responsive layouts, and design systems.
Explore motion design, animations, and interactive website experiences.
Contribute to branding, visual identities, graphics, and other creative projects.
Work directly with the founder on concepts, strategy, and creative execution.
Research new design trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies.
Independently manage projects and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of relevant design experience.
Strong proficiency in Figma.
A creative portfolio showcasing modern website designs.
A good understanding of UI/UX principles, branding, typography, and visual design.
Interest in motion design, animations, and interactive websites.
Someone who can think independently, work quickly, and take ownership.
A curious mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and improve.
Experience with Framer, Webflow, Rive, After Effects, or similar tools is an added advantage.
Why Join The Ri8 Click?
We believe great designers need the freedom, tools, and opportunities to create great work.
You'll work closely with the founder, contribute to real client projects, explore new technologies, and have access to the tools and resources needed to grow your skills.
We're looking for someone who wants to do more than just complete design tasks—someone who wants to contribute ideas, experiment, and grow creatively.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Vadodara, Gujarat.
We are not offering remote, work-from-home, or freelance opportunities for this role.
We're specifically looking for someone who is currently based in Vadodara and can work with our team in person.
If you're in Vadodara, have a creative mind, know your way around Figma, and love designing exceptional websites, we'd love to hear from you!
