You’ll work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to translate customer needs into product improvements. From researching market opportunities and defining product requirements to prioritizing features and analyzing feedback, you’ll contribute to the entire product lifecycle.
If you enjoy solving problems, understanding users, and turning ideas into impactful products, you’ll thrive here.

Assist in defining product roadmaps, feature priorities, user stories, and product requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate business needs into clear product specifications.
Support feature planning, sprint coordination, product testing, and release management.
Analyze product usage, customer engagement, and adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Create product documentation, user flows, wireframes, feature briefs, and product presentations.
Work with the founders to evaluate new product ideas, validate assumptions, and align features with business goals.
Support product positioning, go-to-market planning, and launch strategies in collaboration with marketing and business teams.
Help streamline customer onboarding and develop feedback loops to improve retention and satisfaction.
Track product performance and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
What You’ll Learn
End-to-end product management, from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration.
How to define product strategy, roadmaps, feature priorities, and success metrics.
Customer discovery, user research, and problem validation.
Writing product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Working with engineering and design teams in an agile development environment.
Product analytics, feature adoption, and data-driven decision-making.
SaaS business models, pricing considerations, and product-led growth.
Cybersecurity product development and the challenges faced by SMB customers.
Go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
Ability to understand customer problems and translate them into actionable product ideas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Interest in SaaS products, user experience, technology, and product strategy.
Bonus:
Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, or Trello.
Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Figma.
Experience with data analysis, user research, or product analytics.
Previous experience building software products, conducting market research, or working with startups.
Extra Bonus: A background or strong interest in cybersecurity, AI governance, cloud security, or B2B SaaS.
Compensation & Rewards
Internship certificate upon successful completion.
Letter of recommendation based on performance.
Flexible hours and a remote-friendly setup.
Direct mentorship from founders and experienced professionals.
Hands-on ownership of product initiatives and opportunities to influence the product roadmap.
Exposure to real-world product decisions, customer discovery, and cross-functional collaboration.
Opportunity to contribute to products from early development through customer adoption and growth.
