We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, GST compliance, and financial reporting.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and manage GST compliance.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and assist with tax compliance.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and payment records.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Maintain books of accounts and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and relevant departments.
Support financial reporting and other accounting-related activities.
🔹 Required Skills:
3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns, and statutory compliance.
Experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
