Ashima Paper Products is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our factory operations and drive manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end factory operations and production planning.
Ensure production targets, product quality, and timely dispatches.
Optimize machinery performance, manpower utilization, and manufacturing costs.
Control material wastage and improve operational efficiency.
Oversee maintenance, inventory, safety, and statutory compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 15+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
Candidates from the same industry, particularly paper packaging, paper cups, paperboard converting, or food-grade paper packaging, will be strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, production management, and problem-solving skills.
Engineering degree or diploma preferred.
