Client Manager Associate, Premier

The Client Manager Associate, Premier will play a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving retention, profitability, and growth within the small-group employee benefits market. Managing a dedicated portfolio of businesses with fewer than 100 enrolled employees, you will partner with brokers, producers, and internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions and exceptional client experiences. You will guide renewal strategies, evaluate plan performance, and identify opportunities to expand coverage based on client needs. By combining analytical thinking with consultative relationship management, you will help balance competitive pricing with sustainable business outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Underwriting, Service, and Claims, you will contribute to seamless service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
