Digital/Technical Product Manager Lead

Lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of customer identity and access management (IAM) products across digital platforms and service channels. In this senior role, you will shape product vision, translate complex authentication and identity challenges into strategic initiatives, and deliver secure, intuitive experiences for internal and external customers. Working across technology, architecture, user experience, information security, fraud prevention, and business teams, you will drive innovation while balancing customer needs, operational performance, and risk management. You will use research, analytics, and market intelligence to guide product investments, measure results, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also influence senior stakeholders, mentor team members, and guide complex initiatives from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
