ROLE OVERVIEW
Prodoc AI is seeking a proactive, energetic, and articulate MBA fresher to support marketing, events, and business development activities in New Delhi. The intern will work closely with the Association of Healthcare Providers India (AHPI) core team to engage with its hospital network, generate business leads, coordinate product demonstrations, and identify relevant healthcare events and networking opportunities. The role suits someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, communicating confidently, and exploring opportunities at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. AHPI Coordination & Partner Engagement
· Coordinate with the AHPI core team on ongoing activities, initiatives, and partnership opportunities.
· Engage with AHPI members, hospital representatives, and partner networks to build awareness of Prodoc AI.
· Support day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, communications, and related activities for the AHPI team.
· Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development
· Identify potential hospitals and decision-makers through AHPI’s network and partner ecosystem.
· Generate qualified leads for Prodoc AI solutions, including CRM, Partner & Referral Management (PRM), OPD Intelligence, and DPDPA compliance.
· Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and professional networking.
· Follow up with interested prospects and coordinate product demos and meetings with the Prodoc AI team.
· Maintain an updated tracker of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and demo status.
3. Marketing & Events
· Identify relevant healthcare conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events across Delhi NCR.
· Coordinate event participation, registrations, meetings, and other event-related activities.
· Attend events and represent Prodoc AI professionally when interacting with hospital leaders, healthcare professionals, and potential partners.
· Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and event collaterals.
· Capture leads generated at events and ensure timely post-event follow-up.
4. Communication & Coordination
· Draft professional emails, invitations, follow-up messages, and basic marketing communications.
· Coordinate meetings and product demonstrations between prospects and the internal team.
· Support routine coordination and administrative activities for the AHPI team, as required.
· Share regular updates on leads generated, meetings arranged, events attended, and progress against targets.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
· MBA fresher or recent graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business Development, or Healthcare Management.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Confidence in approaching new people and initiating professional conversations.
· Strong interpersonal skills, networking ability, and relationship-building skills.
· Proactive, self-motivated, organised, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
· Comfortable with calls, email communication, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
· Basic working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and email tools.
· Willingness to travel locally within Delhi NCR for meetings and events.
