Legal Intern

Role Description The Legal Intern will support with day-to-day legal tasks, including conducting legal research, reviewing statutes and case laws, and preparing case notes. Responsibilities include assisting in drafting and organizing legal documents, such as petitions, contracts, and opinions, under supervision. The intern will help in summarizing client meetings, maintaining case files, and coordinating with team members on ongoing matters. This is an internship role that is fully on-site, based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law and familiarity with core legal principles.
Ability to assist with Legal Consulting and support the analysis of Legal Issues.
Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and reviewing documents.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with teams and clients.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a law program (LL.B. or equivalent).
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with basic office software and online legal research tools.
Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and learning in a fast-paced environment.
