Keyrus is looking for an experienced AI Coding & Developer Productivity Specialist to support an upcoming enterprise AI adoption and engineering transformation initiative.
We are seeking a hands-on consultant with strong expertise in AI-powered coding assistants, ideally IBM Bob, to help organizations improve developer productivity and integrate AI into software engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess AI coding adoption and existing development workflows.
Define AI-assisted coding best practices and technical guidelines.
Conduct hands-on workshops and developer coaching.
Support AI adoption, productivity measurement and continuous improvement.
Contribute to technical scoping and solution design.
Preferred Experience:
Hands-on experience with IBM Bob or similar AI coding tools (highly preferred).
Strong software engineering background.
Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar AI coding tools.
Enterprise AI adoption, developer enablement or technical consulting experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Engagement: Short-term consulting assignment (2–3 months), with potential onsite activities in India & Singapore.
