Education Program Manager

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Education Program Manager. The Education Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic and co-curricular programs aligned with the school’s vision and curriculum standards. Typical responsibilities include developing and refining curricula, coordinating program timelines and resources, and collaborating with teachers and academic leaders to ensure consistent delivery and quality. The role involves monitoring program outcomes, collecting feedback from stakeholders, and adjusting initiatives to improve student learning and engagement. The Education Program Manager will also support training and guidance for educators, prepare reports on program performance, and maintain clear communication with school leadership regarding progress and needs.
Qualifications
Demonstrated Program Management and Program Development skills, including planning, coordinating, and evaluating educational initiatives.
Strong Curriculum Development and Education expertise, with experience designing or aligning learning programs to international standards.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present information clearly in written and verbal formats.
Experience in remote work or managing distributed teams, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; an advanced degree or teaching qualification is an advantage.
Experience in K–12 international or bilingual schooling environments is beneficial.
Proficiency with digital tools for virtual collaboration, curriculum management, and data tracking.
