About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and manage strategic programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects and programs from initiation through completion.
Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular program status updates.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within the agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
10+ years of professional experience, with relevant experience in program or project management.
Proven experience managing complex programs and multiple projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
