Founder’s Office Intern — Growth & Strategy
COLOR CAPITAL | Indore | On-site
Work directly with the Founder on growth, new business opportunities, and whatever it takes to build a great business.
What you’ll do
Find new growth opportunities and figure out how to make them happen.
Work on partnerships, new channels, and expansion.
Research markets, competitors, and business ideas.
Solve problems across different parts of the business.
Take projects from idea to execution.
What we’re looking for
Smart, curious, and good with numbers.
Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
Good at research, Excel, and getting things done.
Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out on the go.
No two days will look the same. You’ll be working on real problems, making decisions, and building alongside the Founder.
