Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in all over India for HVAC Project Engineers and HVAC Technicians. HVAC Project Engineers will oversee project planning, system design, equipment selection, and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of HVAC projects. They will prepare technical drawings and documentation, support installation teams, monitor project progress, and participate in testing, commissioning, and quality assurance activities. HVAC Technicians will handle day-to-day installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring proper operation, safety, and adherence to technical specifications. Both roles involve regular site work, collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, accurate reporting, and adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design skills for planning, sizing, and implementing HVAC systems.
Candidates should possess hands-on HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and Maintenance & Repair skills for field operations.
Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for preparing layouts, schematics, and technical drawings.
Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and safety practices related to HVAC systems.
Candidates should possess good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred; industry certifications in HVAC are an advantage.
Prior experience in HVAC projects or service, particularly in commercial or industrial environments, will be beneficial.
